Developing Leaders who Engage and Inspire in a Hybrid Workplace

Join us for a free roundtable discussion with L&D leaders.

Developing Leaders who Engage and Inspire in a Hybrid Workplace will be a forum for thoughtful conversation about how L&D Leaders and organizations can successfully help rising and established leaders better engage and inspire their teams.

As companies increasingly move toward global teams that are interacting in virtual or hybrid environments, it's critical that leaders are able to engage and inspire their people from wherever they are. The ad hoc watercooler conversations are gone and replaced with a variety of communication and collaboration tools. L&D leaders must  think creatively about the skills organizations cultivate in their leaders. Join us for a conversation with several L&D leaders in tech to explore how leadership development priorities are shifting as the virtual workspace overtakes the physical.

This event will be hosted by Wolf & Heron, an organization that helps business leaders be inspirational to the people they impact. It will take place over Zoom on October 04 from 1 - 2pm EST | 10 - 11am PST. Time will be reserved for attendees to bring questions to the panelists and/or hosts. Register for meeting details, and/or to receive the event recording.
