Signature Talks

Stories That Sell

Storytelling isn't just a buzzword—it's a powerful tool to influence decisions, build trust, and close deals. Yet most professionals struggle to craft stories that actually work. In this session, we unpack the psychology behind storytelling and explore how to strategically use story to move people to action.

Participants will gain practical frameworks to shape compelling stories that resonate with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues. Whether you're pitching a product, a project, or an idea, you’ll leave with tools to make your message stick—and sell.

The Slide Trap: Why Your Deck Is In the Way Of Your Message

We’ve all seen it: slide decks packed with bullets, data, and jargon that quickly lose the audience. Many professionals default to decks as a safety net—but this habit often dilutes their message and weakens their presence.

In this talk, we'll challenge that idea that presentations and pitches need decks, explore how they actually get in the way of effective communication, and discuss better ways to engage and inspire your audience.

Leadership is Storytelling

Great leaders don’t just direct—they inspire. At the core of influential leadership lies the ability to tell a story that resonates, motivates, and mobilizes others. In this keynote, you'll discover how your personal narrative can become your most powerful leadership tool.

Drawing from real-world examples and her own leadership journey, Stephanie guides audiences through the process of uncovering and shaping their story—one that reflects their values, builds trust, and inspires change. You’ll leave ready to lead with authenticity, purpose, and lasting impact.

As Seen (or Heard) at …

When planning the Women in Conservation Leadership summit, we look for strategic partners who can think about the full story arc for the conference, and also be able to design, develop, and deliver content to suit various blocks of time in the agenda. We appreciated Wolf & Heron because they offered "plug-and-play" experiences and custom-built experiences to fit our content objectives. We were impressed with their ability to scale their experiences to a group of 300+ women and maintain the interactive, hands-on quality of their facilitation. We look forward to working with Wolf & Heron again in the future.
