A Tool to Support Change Conversations

The Navigating Change card deck was designed specifically for those navigating the complexity of change while aiming to keep their people motivated.

It will help you have more meaningful, productive, and honest conversations as your team navigates organizational change together.

The deck includes:

  • Tips on how to structure discussions about change and uncertainty
  • Over 70 open-ended question prompts to facilitate honest, forward-focused, team conversations
  • Guidance on sequencing your prompts for a useful conversation.
  • Specific prompts designed to encourage leaders to reflect on how they should lead the change—both individually and collectively.

The deck works in one-on-ones, team meetings, or informal conversations. It’s practical. It’s flexible. And it helps make the invisible work of leading people through change a little more concrete and tangible.
