Although we coach everyone on their storytelling skills and storytelling skills will appeal to and serve all genders, we’ve heard a desire for a space to specifically share and hear women’s stories.
This is our foundational workshop with a twist. The story prompts will focus on the contexts where women feel the greatest need to show up powerfully; salary negotiations, asking for a promotion, presenting to executive leadership, landing a new client, (whatever that means to you), etc.
Storytelling is one of the most important skills of influence that you can develop because it appeals to the rational, social, and emotional decision-making in all of us. Effective storytelling can make the difference between achieving compliance and galvanizing teams of champions around your ideas.
The session is rooted in experiential learning design, informed by academic research, and facilitated by change experts.
