Marketing industry leader Robin Vega, CEO of Brand + Bash, will host the second annual River Gathering,  an all-inclusive working vacation for female entrepreneurs, in Buena Vista, CO, Sunday, Aug. 18 through Thursday, Aug. 22, 2019 at the Surf Hotel. Early Bird registration opens today.  

Combining workshops, yoga, and the great outdoors, The River Gathering is an inspired conference for female entrepreneurs, small business owners, creative makers, and outdoor enthusiasts. Guests will stay at the Surf Chateau cottages located on the banks of the Arkansas River, and can  enjoy morning yoga sessions, followed by breakfast and workshops at the Surf Hotel, the new property located just next door. The afternoons will be dedicated to “office hours” with Robin, who will be on hand to offer support to those who need it. Siestas, adventures, hikes, dinners, shopping and late night fireside chats are also on the agenda. This year’s River Gathering has been extended to 5-days compared to last year’s 4-day event.

“We’re so excited for round two!” says Vega, “We received some wonderful attendee feedback, which led us to add an extra day this year, which will allow for even more adventure and downtime. We also moved the dates up a few weeks into August so that we could take full advantage of the Arkansas River and the plethora of outdoor activities Buena Vista is known for.”

This year, The River Gathering has partnered with Bold Betties, - a women’s outdoor gear and adventure travel company that is redefining what it means for women to explore the outdoors. The Denver-based company will plan the adventure experiences for The River Gathering’s 2019 attendees.

This year will also bring a new special guest of honor, Stephanie Judd, CoFounder of Wolf & Heron, a company that transforms people into inspirational leaders, no matter who they are or what they're trying to achieve. They work with organizations and individuals alike, and are looking forward to helping our attendees become more effective influencers.
