Fierce Leaders are
Fun | Intentional | Exploratory | Real | Courageous | Exceptional
When you meet a Fierce Leader, you know it. They’re kicking ass at whatever they do, and having a ball at the same time. They attract people to them by being exactly who they are with confidence and presence. They have a vision and though they haven’t realized it yet, it’s clear they will one day. They’re focused, intentional, and thoughtful. They seek out experiences, challenge and learning but filter their participation and engagement through a set of values they hold sacred and never compromise.
Fierce Leaders lead at any level. They don’t need official authority to inspire change because people like and trust them. They don’t need a job description or traditional work environment to create the opportunities and experiences they seek.
Over the next several weeks, we’ll be digging deep into our definition of Fierce Leaders - what they all have in common, why those qualities are important, and how they show up. We’ll share a few ideas aspiring leaders can use to up be fierce and fly.
